Hard Work and Good Thinking
Teravac, llc was organized in 2010 by Ezra Rosas and Craig Cochran and has quickly come to be known for hard work and good thinking. Those are the two essential qualities that are fanatically cultivated in our company.
Every company has a culture—a set of attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterize the organization. We are deliberately cultivating the Teravac culture according to a model we call C4.
The C4 Culture places equal emphasis on Character, Competence, Communication and Change. You can learn more about this model in future posts. For now, just be aware of what it produces—hard work and good thinking.
Teravac character is reflected in our energetic and continuous focus on the task. We arrive on-time, work diligently, and bill honestly. We go the extra mile to make sure your project is completed on time and on budget.
Teravac competence is evident in the knowledge, skills and equipment we use to complete every job quickly and safely.
Teravac communication and change means that we listen, learn and adapt as necessary. We do our part to keep information flowing on your project. That's important when you're coordinating services.
Hard work and good thinking—it's what sets Teravac apart from the competition.

We think of our customers and our employees as partners. What is good for one partner must also be good for the other partners. We depend on each other, so we are careful to protect each other's interests. That's just good thinking.
